How to get support


If you have questions or run into an issue while using Chamber Dashboard themes & plugins, we are here to help.

Library of how-to documents and videos: Many questions can be answered by doing a quick search of our documentation without needing to open a ticket and wait for a reply.

WordPress.org Support Forums: If you are using the free versions only of Chamber Dashboard plugins, you may find your question has already been answered in the WordPress.org support forums. If not, please feel free to submit a new topic and a member of our support team or a WordPress forum volunteer will reply as soon as possible.

Priority Support: As a premium theme or plugin user, you have access to email support. Your ticket resolution time will be faster if you can give us as much information as possible, including:

  1. Steps to recreate the issue you are having.
  2. A link to the page you are having trouble with.
  3. Technical details of your Chamber Dashboard installation.
    (Technical Details can be found under Chamber Dashboard >> Support >> Technical Details.)

If you are not a premium plugin user, but would like to purchase priority email support, that option is here.

Troubleshooting Steps

Basic WordPress Troubleshooting: In order to troubleshoot an issue, it is useful to rule out some of the most common causes for issues in general. Please follow these steps for basic WordPress troubleshooting first, before contacting support.

Plugin Specific Troubleshooting: There are some common issues that users have encountered especially during plugin setup and testing. Please review the Troubleshooting Tips for the specific plugin you have a question about before contacting support.
