Display Renewal Form on Website
When you email your members at renewal time, you can now include a link to the renewal form page. This makes renewing their membership as easy as clicking on the link and filling out the form!
How the Renewal Form Works
Note: Changes made by the member during the renewal process via the renewal form will be stored under billing information section of the Business listing.
Manual Renewal Reminders
To display your renewal form on your website create a new page and use the shortcode –
Membership Renewal Date
To automatically update the Membership Renewal Date in the Business record simply process all new and renewal payments using the membership form or the renewal form. When payment is completed, the Membership Renewal Date will be automatically updated as part of the process.
NOTE: It is also possible to manually update the MRD by adding the date in this format:
Automate Renewal Process
Adding the Recurring Payments plugin to Member Manager or Member Manager Pro, you can automatically send membership renewal reminders based on their Membership Renewal Date.
