Plugin won’t activate / features not working

The WC Payments plugin requires additional Chamber Dashboard plugins to be installed & activated on your site. If you are getting an error when trying to activate your plugin, please check to be sure that you are using the most current version of these plugins and that the required plugins have been activated on your site.

When the WC Payments plugin gets connected to WooCommerce plugin, WooCommerc products are automatically created for each of your membership levels. These membership levels are automatically displayed on your membership form. Two membership levels with the exact same name may create issues when processing membership payments.

If you are having issues processing payments, be sure to delete any duplicate membership level products, before testing your payment process again.

Order cannot be paid for

If you see this error, it usually means that you are already logged in to the site as another user. Log out of your site before testing again, or test using a different browser.


User Registration Fields Missing

If the user registration fields are not showing up on your membership form, check to be sure WC Payments is connected to WooCommerce.


Check for plugin or theme conflict
