We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue. With new themes and plugins being added to the WordPress ecosystem today, sometimes problems do arise. The good news is, you’ve come to the right place! We’ve created this page to help you find out if your issue can be solved by the general WordPress troubleshooting practices detailed below or if it requires a plugin-specific approach.
We are continually updating our support documents and videos based on conversations and feedback from our users. The solution to many issues can often be found by typing your question into the documentation search bar. For instance, the feature you are looking for may just need to be enabled. The documentation can show you where. Or you may be looking for a feature that has not been added yet, or that requires a third-party plugin.

Always make a back up before making updates to your site. Updates don’t usually cause issues, but if they do, you’ll be glad you took a minute to back up first!
Update Themes, Plugins & WordPress
Your issue may be related to a bug that we already know about. We may have already fixed it in a more recent version of our themes or plugins.
Follow the steps to update all of the Chamber Dashboard themes & plugins that you are currently using on your site. You may want to update any 3rd party plugins you are using also, as this may correct your issue.
You should also be running the latest version of WordPress.
A valid license key is required to update premium Chamber Dashboard themes and plugins.

Clear Your Cache
If you’ve ever made an update to your site, especially a CSS or design related, and had it not show up on the front-end, you know it can be frustrating. Many times issues can be solved by simply clearing your cache. Follow the steps here to clear both website and server-side cache.
Before switching themes or disabling plugins, you should create a staging site so you can test without making changes to your live site. Even if your site is still in development, make sure you have a full and recent backup first. Here’s how…
Check for 3rd party theme conflict
Switch to Default WordPress Theme
The Chamber Dashboard plugins are written to work with pretty much any theme in the WordPress Theme Repository. However, there are new themes, premium themes and new plugins coming out all the time. Not all plugin and theme developers follows the same guidelines. Settings for 3rd Party programs change. WordPress core is regularly updated. There are a whole variety of factors that can cause a plugin or theme to not function as expected.
Fortunately, testing for a conflict is a pretty straightforward process. To find out whether the issue you are having is related to the theme you’re using, try switching to a default WordPress theme to see if this resolves the problem. Here are a few examples of simple, quality themes that all work properly with Chamber Dashboard.
If your issue is resolved after switching to one of these themes, the problem is likely with the theme and not Chamber Dashboard. We recommend contacting the theme author or your theme developer about the issue.
Check for 3rd party plugin conflict
To find out whether the issue you are having is related to a 3rd party plugin you have installed on the site, start by deactivating all of your plugins except Chamber Dashboard plugins to see if this resolves the issue. If it does, you will know you have a conflict and can then re-activate your 3rd party plugins one at time; checking the site as you go to figure out which one is causing the problem.
Can’t deactivate theme & plugins on live site

- If something is not working, be sure to include the steps you have taken so that we can recreate the issue. This will speed up the process for getting it resolved.
- If you are seeing an error message, be sure to include the error message.

- Has the issue been happening only recently on your site?
- Have you made any recent updates to Chamber Dashboard plugins, or other plugins or themes on your site?
- Are you working on a new installation?
- Does the issue happen consistently? Can it be recreated?
