Transfer Account Access to Client
The core Chamber Dashboard plugins are free. However, our premium plugins require annual renewal. Plugins and themes are set for automatic renewal to prevent any downtime of key member management features on your site.
Change Account Ownership
If you are a developer installing premium plugins for a client, you may choose to transfer Chamber Dashboard Account Access to the client so they will have access to ongoing support and be able to renew their subscription once the site goes live.
Follow these steps to Update Account Information and transfer account access to your client:
- Login to your My Account page ( https://chamberdashboard.com/my-account/ )
- Update your name and email to the client’s
- Save your changes
Update Credit Card
- Scroll down to ‘Manage Payment Methods’ to add new credit card info.
Note: If you choose not to transfer your Chamber Dashboard account to the client, the client will need to re-purchase the plugins using their own contact information when it is time to renew.
